KM-8520X
KM-8520X is an heavy duty version of the standard KM-8520 wheelchair. It can support up to 160kg and features an extra wide seat and upgraded casters and rear wheels. The sturdy double crossbrace and adjustable center-of-gravity provide better stability. All of the KM-8520 accessories are compatible with the KM-8520X.
Upgraded Caster and Rear Wheels Provide excellent durability and improve stability.
Foldable and Compact Foldable backrest makes it easy to store and transport.
Detachable Swing-away Footrest Allows for easy transfer, on and off the wheelchair and detaches with no tools required.
Tension Adjustable Backrest and Seat Unlike conventional wheelchairs, the backrest uses adjustable Velcro straps to change the tension and conform according to the wheelchair user. This helps prevent slouching and the hammock effect.
Adjustable Rear Wheel Axle By changing the position of the rear wheel axle, you change the center of gravity of the wheelchair, and thus changing the performance of the wheelchair. Moving the rear wheels back will increase the base area, therefore making the chair most stable. Moving the rear wheels forwards will decrease the base area, allowing caster to roll and swivel more easily.
Flip-back Armrest Makes it easy to get on and off the wheelchair or roll closer to a table or desk.

The Tilt-in-Space system allows the attendant to change the position of the user by tilting the chair, thus shifting the pressure away from one point and redistributing it over a larger surface area.
